 We have over 30 years experience in Real Estate. We are members of the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Board of Realtors and the Northern Neck Board of Realtors as well as the Virginia and National Association of Realtors. • Maria entered the Real Estate profession in 1976 and obtained her Broker’s license in 1980. In 1993 she received a Degree in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. Maria will gladly assist you in staging your home. • Maria is also an artist specializing in pen and ink renderings as well as portraits and interiors. She is a member of The American Society of Interior Designers, The American Society of Architectural Illustrators and The American Society of Portrait Artists. • Stan is retired from the wholesale grocery business, restaurant business and was a residential developer in Richmond. He has been in the area since 1984. An avid fisherman, Stan is quite familiar with the local waterways as well as water depths and accessibility. Whenever possible he will show property by boat as well as by land. • Both Maria and Stan have been consistent award winners for the past 5 years and enjoy introducing all to the unique beauty of the Chesapeake Bay Region. Our commitment is to work diligently to assure a smooth and satisfactory transaction whether buying or selling.
